Metronet provides much more than simple access products. Our customers will often have a requirement to combine these products with other Metronet solutions such as Metro Ethernet Services, including MPLS, QinQ or pseudo-wire. Coupled with Metronet Highly Available Data Centre Services such as Managed Virtual Firewall, Anti-Spam and Managed Hosting, things can simply become too bespoke to simply provide a "menu" of services.

In cases where customers are 'off-net' to our current coverage footprint, or a customer has multiple offices geographically dispersed, Metronet is able to offer traditional fibre based leased line nationally throughout mainland UK. This is provided like most ISPs via BT 21CN wholesale ethernet platform. We can offer 10Mbps or 100Mbps fibre bearers with stepped increments of bandwidth, these fibre tails can be part of a much larger solution with other metronet leased line products and services that are 'on-net'.
