Working with Metronet
Metronet is a flexible and pragmatic company. We work with many different partners who resell our service, ranging from other network operators, to ISPs, to system integrators, to IT support companies. We work to support these partners in whatever way works for them. We can sell directly to the customer on behalf of a partner and pay a commission or we can provide the service through the partner. We offer commission rates ranging from 10% to 20% of the monthly recurring revenue for as long as that customer is with Metronet.
We work flexibly to provide sales and pre-sales support as required to help secure business.
This support includes, but is not limited to:
- Attending meetings with you (we can come in as members of your team or as Metronet)
- Training - if you would like for one of our management or technical staff to come in and train you and your team on our service, we will be happy to do this.
- Telesales support - if you have a database of customers that you feel could benefit from the services, we are happy for you to utilize our telemarketing team to support you in calling the database on your behalf.
- Promotional and marketing materials ready for the partner to white label for all our products and services, also from time to time special promotions and enhancements.
- Whatever else you suggest and we agree to.
- A reseller portal, containing promotional and marketing materials ready for the reseller to white label for all our products and services, also from time to time special promotions and enhancements.
